the-biggest-suspense-in-vijays-thalaivaa-photos-pictures-stills
The biggest suspense in the Vijay directed and the Vijay starrer Thalaivaa is the role Sathyaraj plays, it seems. The answer to the question whether Sathyaraj is the godfather of Vijay or the villain in the film, will change the course of the story, divulged the director.
Director Vijay has also revealed an interesting incident that happened during the Mumbai schedule, involving the veteran actor. “It was the time Bal Thackeray was sick and his people were on protests. They came to the sets while I wasn’t there and asked my team to stop the shoot and clear the area. But, Sathyaraj stepped in strongly and with sheer sternness told the protestors that he and the team wouldn’t move until the director calls it a wrap up,” narrated an amazed Vijay. The group couldn’t do anything about it and supposedly left the area without being able to achieve their motive.

“Every scene in Thalaivaa will be as explosive as an RDX,” boasts director Vijay in his recent interview with a leading magazine. The director promises that the film will be packed with style, actions, mass and emotions. He is also confident that Thalaivaa would satisfy the expectations people have post the success of Thuppakki.

The director also narrates the story of roping in Vijay for this project. “Impressed with my Madrasapattinam, Vijay called me and said that we should do a project together. The plan didn’t materialize until I met Chandraprakash Jain, who had the dates of Vijay,” explains director Vijay. Later he fixed an appointment with the actor and narrated the story to him. “I began my story by saying that the title ‘Thalaivan’ must always come in search of us. And 15 minutes later, Vijay smiled and shook my hands. He was then officially on board!” recollects director Vijay.

Just as Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay and director Vijay are all set to leave for Australia for a schedule of Thalaivaa, the team recently shot a racy thumping number in Chennai at the popular shooting destination, Binny Mills. Sources say that the main attraction of this song would be that it features not one or two, but six item dancers, one of which is apparently Kiran, not the ‘Villain’ heroine but a popular dancer from the North.

The team is super confident that the song as well as the visuals will go down well with the fans. It seems like the producers are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the output of the film is as grand as possible. Previously the unit shot for the film’s title track ‘Thalaivaa Thalaivaa’ featuring nearly 250 dancers and the director is said to be extremely pleased with what he has captured.
