Naalaiya Theerpu is a Tamil film directed by S. A. Chandrasekharand produced by his wife Shoba Chandrasekhar which marked the debut of the their son Vijay in the lead role alongside Keerthana. The film which also featured SrividyaRadharavi and Sarath Babu, had music composed by newcomer Manimekalai and editing by Gautham Raju. The film was released on 11 December 1992 to negitive reviews.[1][2]

The story is about Vijay is a college student who comes back after finished his studies. He meets village headman's daughter Yuvarani, both of them in love with each other. Yuvarani's father Mansoor Alikhan opposes to their marriage. Vijaykanth is the elder brother of Vijay who returns from jail. The story carries a flashback of Vijaykanth where Gouthami is his lover. Finally what happens? Is Vijay and Yuvarani wins in their love forms the rest of the story.

Vijay (Vijay) is the grandson of Manorama while Sanghavi is the daughter of Vijayakumar and Sri Vidya. Sanghavi's family rent one of Manorama's houses. Vijay and Sanghavi pretend to hate each other while they actually they are in love. But later Sanghavi Father know the love matter and he request transfer to chennai.Before going Sanghavi leaves her new address on several envelopes and she tell that is love letter gave by vijay sangavi father get angry and take letters and come to vijay house and tell take your useless love letter.after that vijay take it and look it after he knows that not love letter its all are address of chennai that sangavi shifted.
Vijay tries to find her. One day Vijay goes to a restaurant to eat he asked to server where is the wash server told here is two washroom one on the upstais and another one is here.server tell don't go upstairs it's dangerous.but vijay goes upstaires in the toilet of the restaurant, finds "Blue Film" illegal shooting happening.
By this, they blame Vijay for the death of the restaurant owner (who tripped) and Vijay just has to escape. This news reaches Sanghavi's father who is a police officer. He tries to capture Vijay. The hero fights, runs some more until Vijayakumar finds out the truth and accepts the marriage between Vijay and Sanghavi.

The film is a story of romance that centers around two lovers: Deva (Vijay) and Bharadhi (Swathi). The two are deep in love but encounter opposition from Bharadhi's father, Sivakumar, the head of the village. Sivakumar believes that his daughter's suitor is not a suitable one, due to his perceived reputation throughout the village. Although the son of the well to do Manorama, it comes to light that Sivakumar's disapproval stems from his relationship with his brother, who is seemingly apathetic and lackadaisical. The film ends happily with Sivakumar recognizing that his now son-in-law is in actuality a really upstanding citizen in the village. The two young lovers overcome all problems and live their lives happily married.

Plot

Vijay is the son of a poor and his only aim in life is to study to get a good job. Meanwhile the daughter of the richest man of the village falls in love with Vijay. But he keeps shunning her and getting away from her. She decides to know the reason of his behavior. Vijay narrates a flash back story of his friend's (Ajith) unsuccessful love story with Gayathri and ended up committing suicide after his lover's marriage. So he hates love. Vijay later he falls in love with a girl, meanwhile issues of class arise in the village, but finally Vijay and his lover overcome all the issues and unite together.

Plot

Vishnu (Vijay)'s father wants to bring up his son as a timid person but the guy desires to explore the world and hates his Dad's overprotection. So Vishnu leaves home and goes to work in an estate claiming that he is an orphan. The owner of the estate adopts Vishnu as his son. Meanwhile Vishnu falls in love with Radha (Sanghavi). Everything goes fine for Vijay till his adoped father shows a photograph and asks Vijay to kill the people in the photo if he really wants to prove the affection he has for him. The man gives the reason that he wants them killed because they ruined his family.Vishnu agrees immediately but he's shocked to see his own father Jaishankar in the photograph. How Vijay gets to solve the mystery forms the climax of the movie.

Plot

Chandralekha, an orthodox Brahmin girl, falls in love with, Rahim, a Muslim boy. Whereas, Salima loves Rahim since her childhood. Mustafa, Rahim's brother, and Jamal, Salima's brother, agreed to engage Salima and Rahim without Rahim permission. Their families discover the love between Rahim and Chandralekha and don't accept it. Meanwhile, the lovers try to run away from everybody, but are caught by militants in the forest. They are rescued from the militants by the police and brought safely to the village. Jamal, upset that her sister has gone mad, kills Chandralekha and Rahim at the railway station. Then, the police kills Jamal. The message of the movie is that love should be beyond religion, caste, and creed.
